Webster NH Basketmaker Lisha Kimball

About the Basketmaker

Lisha Kimball first started weaving baskets in the late 1970′s when she needed baskets for her customers at the Milkcan Corner Farm in Webster, New Hampshire.

It soon became an addiction so she started researching everything that she could find about baskets.  Living near the Shaker Village in Canterbury, NH sparked an even deeper appreciation for baskets.

Yearly she attends classes in Stowe, VT where teachers from every corner of the United States come to teach and share their knowledge.

Today, Lisha teaches classes at the Basketmakers Shop in Webster, New Hampshire.  Her shop is well stocked with everything that you will need to make a great basket.

During the summer months, July through September, the farm sells PYO raspberries, blueberries, red and black currants and unique registered field grown lilies.  So pack a lunch and pick our yummy organic grown berries while you visit the shop and make a basket!

Call for a schedule of basket classes or just drop by and visit awhile.  Calling first is best though!
